Pub Manager (EleHouse)

Are you passionate about pubs, have great business acumen and want to work in a venue which is highly rated for its customer service?

Yes? Then look no further!

We are an established pub/bar (EleHouse) on site of University of Hertfordshire College Lane campus and are soon approaching our 40 years anniversary. We're looking for an experienced Pub Manager to join our successful venues team in the not-for-profit sector! You will be part of a wider team who operate the Forum Hertfordshire which is our 2250 capacity late night venue.  The Elehouse is the social hub on campus, our much loved bar and its kitchen operates daily offering food, drink and entertainment. If this sounds like something you would like to be a part of and you feel like you can bring new and exciting ideas to the table, we'd love to hear from you. The suitable candidate will provide dynamic leadership in a fast paced and varied environment and be experienced in managing a similar establishment. You must have strong management experience both front and back of house.

Zero hour contract | up to 20 hrs per week | £7.05 per hour.

To provide a welcoming and friendly frontline service to all students and guests. To also be the first line of support to student groups and members of the Students' Union.
