Hertfordshire Students’ Union currently has over 1,000 student volunteers supporting the local community. We are based at the University of Hertfordshire’s College Lane campus in Hatfield, Herts.
One-Off Opportunities often take place on one day, or over a weekend. Projects in the local community have included conservation, painting schools, providing workshops to young people, festivals, clear ups and fundraising activities.
Student-Led Projects are led and managed by students with help and guidance from us. To view our current projects please click here.
Community Placement Opportunities offer students a regular role within your organisation so they can gain skills and experience in a specific area of interest. For example, sport coaching, events, social media and communications volunteer.
