Yay that most of you reading this do already know me, because you survived 2014/2015 Ukulele Society and have braved onwards.
Sadly, I haven't YET met any of you 2015/2016 members.
So, some background on me:
Last year I helped on the committee alongside Alex, Katherine and Stef, names you've probably heard.
They're ghosts for real, watching over (probably judging) from beyond the grave (by grave I mean uni).
This year I'm on placement! I'm working full time at British Airways, Heathrow as an aircraft structures engineer.
Next year I'm gonna be resurrected and ready to get my uke on. (and final year but whatever)
I'm going up for president because I love this society, I love you guys and I love ukulele.
I care a lot about it and will give it my all.
I'm good with people, planning, organising, networking, teaching, and most of all... general fun.
I've got a lot of ambition, aspirations and ideas that I can bring to the society.
I know what I'm doing and what is required of me and I'm so up for it.
