The launch of Wellbeing Wednesdays!
Wellbeing Wednesdays is a brand new SU programme which aims to provide a variety of different events to help you break free from stress, do something outside of your regular routine, meet new people and try new activities. The programme will incorporate wellbeing workshops, an introduction to first aid, lots of different creative activities and also opportunities to explore the outdoor spaces on campus. We are also open to suggestions of events that you think would be beneficial for student wellbeing - so get in touch with us at the Students' Union!
Coffee and Canvas
Coffee and Canvas will be the first Wellbeing Wednesdays session. Come along to Hutton Hall to enjoy a free tea/coffee (you may even come across some yummy cake!), and try your hand at painting on canvas with instruction from a proffesional art teacher at Creative Arts School. There will be a couple of different craft activities on offer - you don't have to have any art experience at all! It will be a nice haven from the hustle and bustle of freshers' week. This event is free however spaces are limited!
