Wellbeing Wednesdays is our new initiative offering regular and free events and activities for all students here at Herts. Most subjects do not have classes on Wednesday afternoons and we'd love you to use some of this time to do something positive for your wellbeing! There's lots of sports going on, but that isn't for everyone, so we're putting on workshops, skills sessions, craft activities and more active sessions too, in the hope that we can help you guys to take some time out of studying and do something a bit different!
Plans for this term include Introductions to First Aid, hairbraiding and friendship bracelet making, Self-Defence workshops and also the chance to attend a 'Look After Your Mate' session which is a formally recognised workshop on mental health awareness.
We'd also love to hear some of your ideas for sessions and would also be keen to hear from you if you'd like to volunteer to help out with the programme! Contact us at email@example.com
