Enjoy a spot of mindful drawing with Elizabeth Murton from UH Arts.

We're excited to have Elizabeth leading a relaxed drawing session for our first Wellbeing Wednedsays session of the new academic year.

Please join through this link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/3385279244

The start of term is a busy time for everyone. New students are finding their feet at Herts and returning students are settling into a new timetable. Throw an exciting Freshers programme into the mix and it's anyone's guess what day of the week it is!

We encourage you to join us on Wednesday for some dedicated downtime. All you'll need is a few sheets of paper, drawing pencils and colouring pencils to hand. Make sure you have something to lean on if you're not sitting at a desk for this one. Once you're comfortable, head on over to the Zoom call for your mindful drawing session.
