Sustainable Cook-Along with Ollie

Learn to be more earth conscious while you cook!
Join cooking entrepreneur, Oliver Tarrant, as he teaches you how to make a delicious Dal with Roti dish with some top eco-friendly tips. Throughout the Cook-Along Ollie will be looking how we can make meals more sustainable, reducing meat consumption, limiting waste and more.
Simply make sure you get your hands on these ingredients ahead of time:
- • 400g red lentils
- • 1 white onion
- • 2 cloves garlic
- • Medium knob of ginger
- • 1 green apple
- • 1 tin coconut milk
- • 50g cashew nuts
- • 1 tsp ground cumin
- • 1 tsp ground turmeric
- • 1 tsp chilli flakes
- • Coconut yoghurt lime and coriander to serve
- • 200g plain flour
