Learn how to make a classic Boxing Day brunch with this Cook-Along!
Join our first Christmas edition Cook-Along with cooking entrepenuer, Oliver Tarrant, to learn how to make Bubble and Squeak, a dish that's perfect for bringing together those Christmas Day leftovers. If you've been watching the latest Cook-Alongs you'll know there's been a real emphasis on being as eco-friendly as possible in the kitchen, and this one is no different. To get involved, make sure you have the ingredients below to hand and then tune in for the exclusive tutorial.
- • 400g Maris Piper potatoes
- • 300g parsnips
- • 200g brussel sprouts
- • 100g chestnuts, roughly chopped
- • 4 rashers of streaky bacon
- • 2 sprigs of thyme, picked
- • 5 eggs
- • 1 large onion
- • Crispy onions and tomato chutney to serve
