Learn how to make some Christmas classics with this Cook-Along!
Join our last of the Christmas edition Cook-Alongs with cooking entrepenuer, Oliver Tarrant, to learn how to make Gingerbread Biscuits and a sweet, spiced Mulled Apple Cider. Simply make sure you get your hands on the ingredients below and then tune in for the exclusive tutorial.
Gingerbread Biscuits:
- • 500g plain flour
- • 400g honey/golden syrup
- • 200g soft brown sugar
- • 200g butter
- • 4 tsp ground ginger
- • 2 tsp cinnamon
- • ¼ tsp ground cloves (optional)
- • 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- • 2 eggs, separated
- • 250g icing sugar
Mulled Apple Cider:
- • 1L apple juice
- • 2 cinnamon sticks
- • 4 cloves
- • 1 star anise
- • 1 lemon
- • 1 orange
- • 4 cardamom pods
- • 50ml dark rum/bourbon
