Self-reflection can enhance focus, decrease stress, and improve your health. So why do so few of us take the time to pause and uncover the deeper meaning behind our everyday experiences, thoughts, and interactions?
The most common answer is “I’m too busy.” But here’s a secret: The most productive people are those who don’t just do things, but think about how and why they do them.
By reflecting on the past month in today’s session, you’ll be better equipped to get more out of the month ahead.
