Remembering Your ‘Why’: Coping with the Workload of University
Run by Toluwa Oyeleye, TEDx Speaker and Wellbeing Coach
A 60 minute workshop + 30 minute Q&A
TEDx Speaker and Wellbeing Coach, Toluwa has spent most of her professional career working with young people around the world, enabling them to make transformative changes in their personal and professional lives as well as their communities.
This interactive wellbeing session will focus on reducing burn out, building resilience and setting meaningful goals, with a key emphasis on self-care. It's designed to be an intimate online workshop, with practical tips and tailored wellbeing resources. Toluwa will be providing a space where we can discuss openly, without judgment and without hesitation. We are coming together to learn, to share and most importantly to reflect.
