Learn how to make pasta from scratch with simple ingredients and delicious flavours
We're so excited to have friend of the Students' Union and cooking entreprenur, Oliver Tarrant, back for a Cook-Along this Mental Health Awareness Week. He'll be showing us how to make our favourite comfort food from scratch, pasta! Tune in for some 'me time' and pick up the skills you'll need to learn how to recreate his scrumptious Cacio e Pepe. Simply make sure you get your hands on the ingredients in advance, then join us on the night by heading over to the live stream on Instagram
- • 500g '00' flour (or plain will be fine)
- • 5 eggs + 2 egg yolks, whisked
- • 50g butter
- • 120g pecorino romano (orparmigiano reggiano), finely grated
