Based in Hertfordshire, Wildchild Residential adventure camps offer primary and secondary school pupils a unique opportunity to connect with the outdoors and take on new and exciting adventures and activities.

On-the- job training and mentoring is provided, so you don’t need previous experience – just an innate sense of fun and adventure, plenty of enthusiasm, and the drive to help children enjoy the adventure of a lifetime.

We're currently recruiting for the following roles for 2017:
Responsible for managing a team of activity leaders to ensure the successful running and delivery of our residential camps, the Camp Leader will have strong motivational, communication and leadership skills, and ideally experience in the outdoor education sector.
Outdoor Activity Leader
Outdoor Activity Leaders will lead groups of children overseeing a wide range of outdoor activities including Team-building, crate stacking, pot-holing, bushcraft, archery and climbing and take responsibility for the saftey and enjoyment of the children in their care.
Outdoor Camp Crew
Crew members play a varied and active role in the successful delivery of our camps, asssisting in the delivery of activities, including evening activities and helping with ad hoc duties on camp. They will be confident and outgoing, comfortable working with children and interested in outdoor activities and education.
