The role will involve;
• Getting job specification briefs from the team here to understand vacancies which we are looking to fill in Germany, Austria and Swizerland. • Using different sources such as Linkedin, Xing, and Job board (jobsite, Monster etc..) to identify suitable candidates and present the job opportunity and convince them to apply (obtain their CV) or obtain referals for other suitable candidates. • Negotiate their rates/salary and close them for the job position.
The right person must have:
• Excellent communication skills in both English and German fluent) • Must be a confident Self-Starter with willingness to learn. • Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines, and to prioritize competing demands effectively.
Nice to have:
• Candidates with experience in UK staffing/ consulting/ IT Recruitment Industry or sales background is a plus.
