Wesser are currently looking for an organised and process driven Recruitment Assistant to work as part of our successful team based in Letchworth, Hertfordshire.
As a Recruitment Assistant you will be responsible for the efficient processing of applicants for UK wide charity fundraising roles. Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Screening and selecting suitable candidates to attend interviews.
- Carrying out reference checks on prospecting fundraising candidates.
- Providing logistical support for fundraiser training days.
- Corresponding both internally and externally to support recruitment activities.
This is a vital role in supporting the recruitment department in delivering over 600 new hires in 2019 for both live-in and localised charity fundraising campaigns.
£8.21 per hour + rewarding bonus structure.
20 hours per week (must be flexible.)
