Time: 16:00 - 17:00
Venue: Hutton Hall, College Lane.
We practice WT-style (World Taekwondo) or Olympic style Taekwondo.
Taekwondo is the art of self-defence that originated in Korea.
It is recognised as one of the oldest forms of martial arts in the world, reaching back over 2,000 years.
‘Tae’ means to break or attack with the foot, ‘Kwon’ means to break with the fist and ‘do’ translates as the art or way will be unpredictable.

Develop discipline by training your body and mind in the tenets and techniques of Taekwondo.

Improve leadership skills.
Individuals of all ages and abilities can take up Taekwondo. Beginners are always welcome.
