How we think and feel about ourselves and our lives impacts our lifestyle and our behavior Whether we call it well-being, emotional welfare or mental health, it’s key to living a fulfilling life.
This project aims to work alongside mental health charities and organisations to promote good mental health and tackle the stigma surrounding mental health problems. The group will be involved in supporting, organising and delivering mental health awareness weeks on campus alongside our Advice & Support team, supporting national campaign efforts and fundraising for mental health charities. It also seeks to increase engagement across the student body and within the local community.
