Why should you stand in the Elections?
Standing as an NUS Conference Delegate or Campaigns Officer will give you the opportunity to lead the Students' Union, campaign for positive change and represent students within the Union, University and wider community. Please note that 50%, or 3, place are received individuals who identify as female for the NUS delegate position.
Depending on which role you take on, you could be responsible for the strategic direction of the Union, running events, campaigns and projects or meeting with University management regularly. Full-time roles are paid, with an elected term of one year and part-time roles are voluntary and flexible, fitting around your study schedule.
