Exams and assessments can be stressful, but it is important to remember that it is completely normal to feel that way and that you are not alone.

Hertfordshire Students' Union Advice & Support Centre have created some top tips to help you get through this potentially stressful time of year. Not only this, we are using YOUR top study tips too and sharing them with your fellow students.

We have also put together some activities that are a great way to take a revision break, helping you to look after yourself and Stress Less!

Our Top Tips

Sleep Well: It is important to establish a pattern that works for you.

Make a Plan: Build your revision plan around how you work best.

Avoid Distractions: Find an environment with no distractions.

Take Breaks: Getting up to make a cup of tea or going for a quick jog and finally...

Relax: Try not to approach your exams with fear – view them as a positive step towards gaining your desired qualification.
