Break & Breathe

OK, so exams are not the most fun that you will ever have at University, but they are a necessary part of studying and a fantastic way to show off all the great stuff you’ve learnt. It’s completely normal to be feeling a bit anxious about exams, but they’re not the end of the world. If you take a little time to plan your revision in advance, and look after yourself during exam time, all will be well. It’s all about balance. Here at Hertfordshire Students’ Union we’ve all been through it and know that a little bit of self-TLC can make the world of difference. We have developed a timetable of events throughout exam time to encourage you to take some time out to look after yourself and have fun. We also have hints and tips for how you can structure your revision, and totally boss those exams!

Hertfordshire Students' Union Advice & Support Centre have created some top tips to help you get through this potentially stressful time of year. Not only this, we are using YOUR top study tips too and sharing them with your fellow students.

Should you ever feel the need to seek practical advice, or simply want to get things off your chest...
