Why should you stand in the Elections?

The Position of an Elected Officer will give you the opportunity to lead the Students' Union, campaign for positive change and represent students within the Union, University and wider community.

Depending on which role you take on, you could be responsible for the strategic direction of the Union, running events, campaigns and projects or meeting with University management regularly. Full-time roles are paid, with an elected term of one year.


1. To Submit your nomination you'll need 3 current students to sign your nomination. 

2. Campaign Promises (manifesto's) are submitted via a form to the Students' Union, and we will upload this on your behalf. 

3. Candidate Bootcamp is compulsory! Wednesday 4th March - 12pm-5pm. 

4. Campaign Promises deadline is Friday 6th March at 12PM (must have attended candidate bootcamp)
