There used to be 'Wellbeing Wednesday' sessions on campus last year, where staff taught us about how to look after our friends, how to listen to their problems and sessions where students could go and relax from all the stress of uni. However, a lot of the time, these sessions would run when many students had lectures or could not attend the sessions due to when they would start. It would be better to have sessions at least twice a week on different days. It may even be a possibility to record sessions for later viewing. Also, since everything is online, the Wellbeing team could do a quiz night or just have a session where people can come and relax from the stress of exams and assignments.
