    Refugee Support by students

I have visited the young refugees in Calais a few times and the experience is humbling. I am suggesting that as many students as possible get involved and take the opportunity available to visit Calais and see the kind of life these young refugees are living. It does not cost you any money to go there and back. Generally, we help out by doing some chores in the warehouse and then we go out on distributions: where we take clothes and basic necessities for the refugees. All you need is a valid passport to take you there and back. There are regular trips. If you are interested in going, comment here so that we can provide more information. We usually go on a Saturday so it does not affect your classes. Some of these refugees are under 21.
