Student Rep Events
To receive accreditation for your time as a Student Rep, you need to keep us and the students you represent updated on the feedback you are receiving and changes you are making. Doing so will help us to know where we can better support you and will also mean that students see the value in the Rep system.

Please aim to complete both of the above forms once in each semester, providing as much detail as possible. The Closing the Feedback Loop Form should be shown to students when completed, let us know if you are unsure on how to do this.

Rep of the Month
We recognise how much work you do as a Student Rep and it's only right that we reward you for your dedication and achievements- this is why we have the Rep of the Month award. Each month you will be eligible for Rep of the Month with the chance to win some great prizes, ways to be nominated include:
1. Completing the Student Feedback Form and/or the Closing the Feedback Loop Form above
2. Your SCO nominating you and contacting the Student Voice team
3. Let us know what you've been up to by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org
4. A student on your programme nominating you
5. A member of staff in your School nominating you
Rep of the Month Terms and Conditions
Student Rep Accreditation Scheme
The Student Rep Accreditation Scheme is a way for you to document your progress and for us to reward you for it. The scheme consists of various criteria that need to be met in order to achieve a given level, of which there are 4: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. There is also Compulsory criteria that needs to be met in order to be recognised as a Student Rep.
